Welcome to The Bake Shop. By using our website, placing an order, or purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms. We’ve written these simply and clearly so you know exactly what to expect when working with us.

Ordering & Payments

All orders placed through The Bake Shop are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • Custom and specialty orders may require advance notice

  • Full payment or a deposit may be required to confirm your order

  • Orders are not considered confirmed until payment is received

Prices are subject to change at any time without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

Custom Orders

Custom desserts are made specifically for your event and cannot be resold.

  • Design details, flavors, and final requests must be confirmed before production

  • Once an order is confirmed, changes may not always be possible

  • We reserve the right to decline orders that fall outside of our design or production scope

Because each item is handcrafted, slight variations in color, design, or decoration may occur.

Cancellations & Refunds

Because our desserts are made to order:

  • Deposits and payments are generally non-refundable

  • Cancellations made close to the event date may not be eligible for a refund

  • If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate your availability

Please reach out as soon as possible if changes are needed.

Pickup & Delivery

We offer pickup and/or delivery depending on your order and location.

  • Pickup times and location will be confirmed at the time of ordering

  • Once an order is picked up or delivered, we are not responsible for damage due to handling or storage

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure proper transportation and storage of desserts

Product Use & Care

Our desserts are made fresh and are best enjoyed within recommended timeframes.

  • Storage and handling instructions may be provided with your order

  • We are not responsible for product quality after pickup/delivery if proper care instructions are not followed

Allergies & Dietary Needs

While we may offer gluten-free or vegan options, all desserts are prepared in a kitchen that may handle common allergens, including nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, and soy.

We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Website Use

By using this website, you agree not to misuse or attempt to disrupt its functionality.

All content, including photos, branding, and text, belongs to The Bake Shop and may not be copied or used without permission.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion if necessary.

Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
