At The Bake Shop, every dessert is made fresh to order with care and intention. Because our products are perishable and customized for each customer, all sales are final.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our baked goods, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items, including:

  • Custom cakes

  • Cupcakes, cookies, brownies, and cake jars

  • Wedding and event desserts

  • Seasonal or specialty items

Once an order has been prepared, we are unable to restock or resell it.

Pickup & Delivery Responsibility

Once your order has been picked up or delivered, it becomes the customer’s responsibility.

We are not able to offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Improper transportation

  • Damage after pickup/delivery

  • Incorrect storage or handling once received

We do our best to ensure all items leave us in perfect condition.

Order Issues

Your satisfaction matters to us. If there is an issue with your order (such as a mistake or quality concern), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can review the situation.

We will always do our best to make things right when appropriate.

Custom Orders

Because custom desserts are designed specifically for your event, all design approvals are final once confirmed. Minor variations in color, design, or decoration may occur as part of the handmade process.
